Announcement by Albilad Capital regarding the distributions of fund's dividends to the Unitholders of Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF

Albilad Capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of Albilad Saudi Sovereign Sukuk ETF for the month of August 2024 as follows:

Total distribution dividends SAR 295,591.65.​

Cash Distributions shall be based on 10,100,000 outstanding units.

The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.0293 for each unit.

The distribution ratio is 0.35% of the net asset value as on Wednesday 24/02/1446H, corresponding to 28/08/2024G.

Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of Tuesday 30/02/1446H, corresponding to 03/09/2024G.

Distributions will be paid within 10 days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
